Public evidence publication is a separate gate with its own record. The Production publication ledger holds the material that has crossed that gate — EvidenceCitation rows and peptide profiles released to the public surfaces by a named person. Nothing on this page is a ledger entry, and no count above describes published material.

Registry membership is an identity fact, not a publication fact. A governed registry identity can exist while its public directory page still reports zero published evidence, because publication requires a human approval that registry inclusion never supplies.
