Records built to outlive a release
Durability means more than keeping a page online. WPF preserves source identity, provenance, review state, correction history, privacy controls, and the boundary between published evidence and lived observation so future readers can understand how a record came to exist.
Stable source identity
DOI, PubMed, trial, regulator, and canonical source identifiers are retained wherever available so records can be reconciled without relying on titles alone.
Append-only accountability
Review decisions, moderation events, publication changes, and material corrections retain attributable audit history instead of silently replacing the past.
Withdrawal without erasure of accountability
A participant can withdraw a report through its private withdrawal control. Public visibility ends while the minimum governance record needed to prove the action is retained.
Evidence and experience remain distinct
Personal observations are preserved as valuable human records, but they are never relabeled as clinical trials or used to manufacture scientific certainty.
Recoverable releases
Schema migrations, release controls, structured exports, and documented restoration checks support reconstruction when an environment is lost.
No automatic scientific publication
Acquired sources and machine-assisted review packets remain non-public until the required accountable review and publication gates are satisfied.
