Guidelines for contributors

Positive, negative, mixed, and neutral experiences are equally welcome. We're not looking for a particular outcome — we're looking for an honest account of yours.

Leave out your name, contact information, usernames, or any detail specific enough that someone could identify you. If you're unsure, describe things more broadly — the archive is built around broad categories (age range, region) for exactly this reason.

This is not a place to buy, sell, recommend a source, or share a discount code. Submissions containing this information are flagged for redaction before publication.

Tell us what you did and what happened — not what someone else should do. Specific dosing or administration instructions aimed at other readers are flagged and removed; describing your own experience in your own words is exactly what we're asking for.

Reports describing a personal experience are welcome. Claims that a peptide cures a disease go beyond what any individual observation can establish and will be flagged.

Please don't submit the same experience more than once. Our duplicate-detection process flags likely repeats for review, which slows down the queue for everyone.

Flagged submissions aren't rejected automatically — they enter a moderation queue where a person reviews them. Some are approved after a small redaction (like removing a stray link); others are rejected outright if they're promotional, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine observation.

You'll receive a one-time withdrawal code right after submitting. You can use it at any time to remove your observation from the archive — no account or explanation required.
