Authority and accountability

Governance authority currently rests with authenticated owner-role holders under the published charter and role-based access controls. Scientific publication and Evidence Passport promotion require recorded human review, publication approval, provenance checks, and auditable decisions. Unreviewed material is not promoted as approved public evidence.

Scientific and editorial independence

Scientific and editorial review is governed to preserve uncertainty, limitations, contradictions, provenance, and conflicts rather than optimize for commercial or promotional outcomes. Funding and conflicts are disclosed as reviewed institutional facts rather than inferred from automated systems. Automation may organize work but may not independently approve medical, safety, efficacy, regulatory, or publication conclusions.

The platform does not provide medical advice and does not automatically make medical, safety, efficacy, or regulatory conclusions.

Anonymous observations remain observational. They are never presented as controlled clinical evidence, and their presence does not establish causation, effectiveness, or safety.

What remains to be established

• Permanent legal and organizational structure, with professional legal review.
• A seated, publicly disclosed Scientific Advisory Board with conflict rules.
• External ethics/privacy determination and review of participant-facing policies.
• Published annual funding, conflict, correction, and governance reporting.

Public records and correction

Read the Public Charter, Methodology, Transparency policy, and Correction Log. Material errors or outdated status statements should be submitted through the public correction process.
