Intelligence Build Status

The governed scientific-intelligence layer is under construction. This page reports what actually exists today, separating what the Master Registry holds from how much structured intelligence has been admitted into the system. It is deliberately not a summary of what is scientifically known about peptides.

what the master registry holds

Registry identities — catalogued and browsable now

The Master Registry is WPF’s record of peptide identities it knows about. All 500 are catalogued and browsable today. That is not the same as finished: identity adjudication is still outstanding, and 100 records remain deliberately deferred pending human review. Registry inclusion is an identity fact and nothing more: it is not a claim that evidence has been reviewed, that a record has been scientifically validated, or that anything has been published.

Master records
500

Every peptide identity in the registry, governed and deferred together.

Governed records
400

Identities that crossed the governed identity and acquisition boundary. Includes 9 non-peptide scientific comparators.

Review-deferred records
100

Deliberately held back pending human identity and classification review. Never silently promoted.

structured intelligence coverage

Governed structured records admitted so far

These four numbers count governed structured records currently admitted into the intelligence system. They are not a measure of the total scientific literature available on peptides, and a zero does not mean no research exists. It means WPF has not yet admitted a governed record of that kind through its review and publication gates. Absence of a record here is not evidence of absence in the science.

Public directory profiles
34

Peptide profiles currently published to the public directory — active, canonical, and either published or legacy-published. This counts directory publication, not completed intelligence work. Legacy-published means publicly visible before the current governance framework existed; it does not mean editorially reviewed.

Verified citations in the publication ledger
853

Evidence citations that are both published and verified. Identified source candidates awaiting review are not counted here and are not evidence.

Structured chemistry records
34

Structured chemistry records held in the governed database, in any state.

Published regulatory status entries
65

Regulatory status entries whose publication status is published. This counts publication of a recorded status, not the completion of a separate human regulatory review. Regulatory status is a registry fact recorded from a named source; it is never scientific evidence of efficacy or safety.

Governance posture, corrections, and the limits WPF operates under.

methodology

Data interpretation follows documented methodology version 1.0. Every count on this page is read directly from the governed registry or database at request time. No number is seeded, estimated, or rounded, and none is presented as a scientific conclusion.
