Observation Archive Methodology

Submitted observations are treated as self-reported experiences and are never presented as proof of effectiveness.

Approved records may contribute to aggregated summaries after editorial review.

Individual reports remain separated from published scientific evidence.

Access through conventional care, compounding, a clinical study, a research marketplace, the gray market, another pathway, or an undisclosed pathway does not determine whether an observation may be submitted. The pathway is preserved as context and never used as a proxy for participant worth.

Product identity, purity, represented dose, storage, handling, and supervision are recorded as known, unknown, or undisclosed when available. These fields describe interpretive uncertainty; they do not erase the human observation.

The archive documents observations without certifying suppliers, endorsing access routes, issuing regulatory determinations, or converting association into causation.
