Multilingual Coverage Ledger
This ledger separates complete technical inventory from completed human verification. A language is never labeled fully verified merely because its public content is translation-ready.
Two translation systems
General translation corpus. Ordinary page content — headings, paragraphs, labels, navigation. Machine-assisted, rendered in every supported language, and shown without any interruption or warning. Provenance is recorded internally for audit; it is not surfaced to readers. Units that failed automated assurance are withheld and shown in English until corrected.
Critical Translation Registry. 84 statements covering medical disclaimers, consent, withdrawal instructions, privacy and legal wording, and safety-critical text. Each carries a unique identifier, a canonical English source with checksum, a per-language confirmation status, version history, and a lock that engages on confirmation. These render only from the registry — never from the general dictionary.
Confirmation states across all languages: 0 confirmed, 1,464 unconfirmed, 48 withheld. Unconfirmed translations render with a notice on the affected page only, and are never described as reviewed. Ordinary translated content carries no such notice. English is authoritative in all cases.

These rows represent Core Global 20 locales that currently have governed automated corpus artifacts. Missing Core-20 locales are not implied complete. Automated assurance remains separate from human verification and publication approval.
