Dulaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist studied in type 2 diabetes. WPF organizes the available work by glycemic outcomes, cardiovascular outcomes, comparisons, and safety. Results depend on the population, comparator, dose, and follow-up period.
WPF’s existing Dulaglutide research atlas contains deduplicated source records and featured studies. Its featured REWIND randomized trial (PMID 31189511) studied major cardiovascular outcomes in people with type 2 diabetes and reported a lower incidence of its primary composite outcome over a median 5.4 years. The atlas also contains comparative work, including a network meta-analysis (PMID 38699397); indirect comparisons should not be treated as direct head-to-head trials.
