This revision includes the missing developers, institutions, Moscow origin, dated development milestones and medical-use history. It follows the fixed six-section format: origins and developers; history of use; molecular design and mechanism; human evidence; limitations and safety; takeaway. The owner's reusable production standard is included.

Runway spend: 30 credits for v1, 30 credits for this approved correction, 60 credits total. This revision used exactly one complete 1,479-character Tom narration at normal speed. No samples, paid alternate takes, automatic retries or Runway image/video/music generation.

The entire newly generated recording is retained, including all pauses. No silence is cut, no words are patched and no time stretching or voice dynamics processing is used. The existing score is mixed quietly. The four final illustrations from Semax v1 each appear once in this film. History and exact scientific graphics are drawn natively. Recurring WPF opening and closing screens each hold for at least two seconds.

Includes MP4, thumbnail, exact transcript, VTT/SRT captions, ten source links, production brief and revision record, production standard, sound assets, artwork, font license, chapter timings, render scripts, provenance, checksums, technical checks and encoded-frame review sheet.

Reproduce with Python, Pillow, NumPy, ffmpeg and ffprobe. Run render.py with the included timing and mix, then verify_audio.py and validate.py. prepare_audio.py followed by refine_captions.py reproduces captions from included alignment data. Optional ASR uses faster-whisper 1.2.1 and base.en; installing or rerunning ASR is unnecessary for rendering. package.py rebuilds this archive.

Verification passed full decode, comparison to the new narration throughout the film, caption and history coverage, exact sequence and group counts, unique artwork use and WPF brand holds. Export frames were visually inspected. No human listening review or independent medical peer review is claimed.

Site DOM checks passed at simulated mobile, tablet and desktop widths, including current media and captions, all origin/history text and sources, discovery, watchlist, clearing superseded progress and resuming the revised recording. These checks do not render CSS or test native browser playback; those remain unverified. The Sites library is owner-private. Public WPF publication is a separate owner instruction; the main site uses Railway.
